Catherine has over 20 years experience as a leader in the non-for-profit and business sectors. Her area of expertise includes program and leadership development; as well as coaching professionals and groups in ‘transition’ to be the best they can be. Catherine has also facilitated numerous experiential training workshops focusing on leadership, communication and team work. In addition, she has lead several adventure expeditions around the world. Catherine is currently the President of the Town of the Blue Mountains Chamber of Commerce. She lives in Thornbury with her husband, Stephen and her sons, Matt and Sam.

Catherine is a trained professional coach with The Coaches Training Institute. She graduated over twenty years ago as a Recreation Therapist.

Catherine uses her passion for people along with her intuition and work/life experience encouraging endless possibility through discovery!
